AccuTek Laboratories is not only ISO9001:2000 Certified but also audited and certified
to be fully complient with ISO/IEC17025:2005 international quality standard for
calibration and testing laboratories. Our service options are designed to meet scientists
individual requirements for pipette servicing. For all services, a computer generated
calibration report is included with performance data on each pipette, pass/fail
status, specification and environmental data. Each pipette receives labels with
pipette ID, serial number, job ID number, service date and next due date. All our
procedures and certifications fulfill GMP, ISO, NCCLS, CAP, CLIA and FDA guidelines.

CALIBRATION SERVICE
Free shipping for 5 or more pipettes
This service is designed to meet most users' requirements and provides a complete
and thorough overhaul of each pipette. Each instrument is disassembled, cleaned
and refinished to "like-new" condition. All parts are carefully inspected, pistons
are polished and on most pipettes, the piston seal and o-ring are replaced. AccuTek
maintains an extensive stock of replacement parts for almost all manufactures and
types of pipettes. A computer- controlled calibration with a total of 20 test data
points is taken for each instrument to derive mean, precision and CV.

VERIFICATION SERVICE
Free shipping for 10 or more pipettes
This service is designed for those pipettes that are on a regularly scheduled certification
program. Upon receipt each pipette receives a functional diagnosis which includes
seal/shaft leakage test, parts and performance inspection. A performance verification
is performed on each pipette. Instruments that are within specifications and those
instruments which require slight adjustments are adjusted to pipette specification
and returned to the customer without any further work. A total 10 test data points
are taken for each instrument to derive mean, precision and CV. No PM is included
in this service. Instruments that fail the functional diagnosis or adjustments are
directed, upon user approval, for an additional charge to the Calibration Program
to be reconditioned and calibrated.

AccuTek offers customized services such us special handling, labeling, user specified
test volumes, extra readings as well as customized calibration and pipette management
programs tailored to our clients special needs. Custom schedule and calibration
frequencies may be set for individual department needs. Please inquire with your

CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES
AccuTek reports are designed to meet the high requirements of laboratories complying
with GLP/GMP requirements. Our procedures follow NCCLS, CAP and CLIA guidelines
for volumetric measuring device certification. The reports are meant to serve as
a complete record satisfying GMP/GLP,ISO, FDA, CLIA, and other regulatory agencies
requirements for maintenance records of laboratory equipment. Certification Calibration
Reports are traceable to NIST standards and are available in two forms.
Standard Calibration Report
The Calibration Report is a standard for all types of calibration and verification
services. The report provides calibration data and includes mean, standard deviation,
CV for each instrument, as well as specifications to which each instrument was tested
and a summary of laboratory conditions and equipment.

GMP Pipette Certification
The GMP Pipette Certification Report is an extensively documented individual certificate
for each pipette. In additional to information included in the standard calibration
report it provides every calibration reading obtained for each pipette, calibration
standards and technician name.
