The Pipette.com Advantage Program (“Program”) is a promotional rewards initiative offered by Pipette.com for eligible customers. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

The Pipette.com Advantage Program is a 3-month trial that allows participants to earn Advantage Points and other rewards when placing orders through Pipette.com. The Program is free to join and designed to reward loyal customers for their purchases.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

• The Program is available to registered customers with an active personal account on Pipette.com.
• Customers can join the Program directly from their account dashboard, where a dedicated pop-up or window will appear with the option to enroll.
• Enrollment is limited to one account per customer. Company or institutional accounts may be subject to additional verification.

3. Earning Advantage Points

• Participants receive a 5% rebate in Advantage Points for every eligible order placed during the trial period.
• Advantage Points are calculated based on the order subtotal (excluding tax, freight, or handling fees).
• 1000 Points = $50 cashback value. Points must be used within 30 days of being issued.
• Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to past orders.

4. Redeeming Points

• Advantage Points can be used to pay for future orders, either fully or partially, on Pipette.com.
• Points are applied at checkout and may not be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts unless otherwise stated.
• Points expire 30 days after issuance if not redeemed.

5. Free Shipping

• All ground shipments over $599 qualify for free shipping.
• Freight shipments are excluded from the free shipping offer.

6. Exclusive Gifts and Discounts

• Participants who place a second order during the trial will receive a complimentary Pipette.com Gift.
• Advantage members receive 5% off Eppendorf products during the promotional period (valid through October 31, 2025).
• Gifts and discounts are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

7. Program Duration and Modifications

• The Advantage Program is offered as a 3-month trial. Pipette.com reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Pipette.com may update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.

8. Limitations and Liability

• Pipette.com reserves the right to cancel participation or adjust Points in cases of misuse, return, refund, or fraudulent activity.
• The Program and all rewards are provided “as is” without warranty. Pipette.com is not responsible for system errors, technical issues, or lost Points due to user inaction.
