RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances Product Description
RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances enable fast & accurate determination of mass in both lab & industry. The RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances are equipped with internal batteries which allows use in places where there is no access to mains power.
RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances
RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances enable fast and accurate determination of mass in all aspects of the laboratory and industry. The RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances are equipped with an internal battery which allows for their operation in places where there is no access to a mains power supply.
The RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances features a stainless steel weighing pan, and a backlit LCD guaranteeing clear presentation of weighing result. RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances feature the following communication interfaces: 2 × RS232, USB type A and USB type B. The interfaces of the RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances enable cooperation with peripheral devices, e.g. printers, computers, USB flash drives and additional displays. The RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances feature a real-time clock and ALIBI memory. Optionally, RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances can be equipped with 4 IN / 4 OUT.RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances features and benefits:
- Checkweighing:
- The Checkweighing function of the RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances is used for checking whether the measured sample mass is within the predefined threshold values, Low [LO] and High [HI]. The thresholds are given in [g] and [Kg]. The current state of a sample being measured is signalled by means of pictograms located on a display for the laboratory balances, for industrial scales the Stackligt System is used. This visual /- inspection is in operation during segregation, control or packing process of products for which mass has been determined with a specified tolerance.
- Parts Counting:
- This RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances function using mass measurement for determination of measured items quantity. Mass of a single item is required for this process. For item counting the following algorithm is used: all items mass / single item mass = quantity. Function operation is supported by a mechanism of Automatic Correction of Accuracy. This allows updating of a single item mass in the course of the process. For industry solutions, parts counting may be simultaneously carried out with Checkweighing and dosing. Thus industry solutions feature audio signalling to inform that a specified number of items has been weighed. It is possible to apply weighing systems using platforms of different MAX capacities and different accuracies.
- Percent Setup:
- The Percent Setup function of the RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances is used for comparison of measured products with the mass standard. Each measured product is compared to a mass standard, the mass of which is presumed to be the ideal mass. For products weighing less than the mass standard, obtained results are lower than 100%, for products weighing more, the obtained results are greater.
- Animal Weighing:
- The process of mass determination for animals that may move within the weighing pan. The mass determination in such cases requires a much longer period of time compared to typical weighing process. It is the user who defines the period of time needed for control of the measured product mass. The user can thus optimize the function depending on the measured product characteristics.
- Peak Hold:
- This RADWAG WLC Series Precision Balances function registers the greatest temporary weight indicated during the course of the weighing process. It is most often used in medical scales in order to hold the measurement indication.
