Benchmark Digital Hotplate Stirrers - Easy to Operate, Durable and Chemically Resistant Hotplates, Magnetic Stirrers and Hotplate Stirrers
New Benchmark Digital Hotplates, Stirrers and Hotplates Stirrers feature an exceptionally durable and chemical resistant white ceramic work surface. Their space-efficient design (7.5 X 11.5 in. footprint) makes them ideal for use on crowded benchtops and inside bio-hoods or fume hoods where space might be scarce.
Advanced microprocessor controls allow quick, precise adjustment of speed and temperature. The large, backlit LCD display provides constant visualization of the speed and temperature, while a safety LED indicates when the top plate is above 50°C for user safety. In addition, an optional probe is available for applications that require even more precise temperature control and regulation. When connected, the probe provides direct feedback to the microprocessor, which continuously adjusts and maintains the selected temperature in the sample within +/- 0.5°C. This gives you the greatest level of temperature control for your liquid. Benchmark Scientific Hotplate Stirrers and Magnetic Stirrers have 5L stirring capacity. An optional support rod (H3770-ROD) is available for mounting thermometers, temperature probes, etc.
With a square 7 x 7 in. work surface, all three models are compatible with a wide variety of popular sizes of borosilicate glass beakers, flasks, bottles and other vessels. This versatility provides the user with a greater level of flexibility.
