Benchmark MyFuge 5 Centrifuge Product Description
For quick spin-downs of 5ml centrifuge tubes. Includes adapters for 12x75mm tubes. Conserves valuable bench space. Starts and stops with closing/opening of the lid.
The myFuge 5 microcentrifuge includes a four position rotor for compatibilty with a variety of 5ml test tubes, including 5ml snap cap centrifuge tubes. In addition, this combination rotor has four additional slots for centrifuging standard microtubes (1.5 / 2.0ml). Simply close the lid and the myFuge 5 microcentrifuge quickly accelerates to the fixed speed of 5,500rpm. Open the lid of the myFuge™ 5 microcentrifuge, and the rotor decelerates to a stop for removing samples.
The 5ml rotor positions of the myFuge 5 microcentrifuge accepts 5ml centrifuge tubes (snap cap) directly. While 5ml blood and culture tubes (12x75mm) and cryovials are also accepted with the included adapters. The microtube positions of the myFuge 5 microcentrifuge are designed to accept 0.5 and 0.2ml tubes with the use of optional adapters.
