The construction of the CAPP Forte Bottle Top Dispenser is based on the positive displacement principle, where the tightly fitting piston wipes the walls of the glass-cylinder, removing the liquid completely. This kind of construction is ideal for many types of media, which are normally considered problematic to handle, such as reagents having a tendency to crystallizing, viscous liquids, foaming liquids or vaporing liquids.
The CAPP Forte Bottle Top Dispenser is equipped with a unique wiping seal, eliminating swelling and freezing of its piston. The operation of the bottle top dispenser is extremely user-friendly thanks to the slide-and-lock volume setting button. Both right and left-handed users can quickly and accurately set up the desired volume on the unit. The discharge tube is turnable, making the bottle label visible at any time. The telescope intake tube is easily adjusted to fit reagent bottles. Three PP-adapters for the most common bottle sizes are supplied with the unit.
CAPP Forte Bottle Top Dispenser offers increased user safety, preventing unintentional reagent flow. Locking the 3-way-valve inadvertent disables the dispensing function in the CAPP Forte Bottle Top Dispenser. In addition, the unit can be evacuated without removing the unit from the bottle. The transparent plastic sleeve protects the user from cuts and splashes in case the glass breaks and the drip-free discharge tube holder prevents tube movement.
