Hamilton's 1000 series, Gastight #1005 Special Syringe, is designed for Purge and Trap applications because you can easily remove the syringe plunger and load water samples into the syringe barrel. Commonly used for analysis of drinking water samples according to EPA purge and trap concentration techniques (see EPA methods 502.1, 502.2, 503.1, 524.1 and 524.2).
