The Labnet 311DS Environmental Shaking Incubator is a high-performance incubation unit with a built-in orbital shaker. The Labnet 311DS Environmental Shaking Incubator offers stable temperature conditions for a variety of laboratory applications. The broad temperature range of the 311DS Shaking Incubator expands the uses of this incubator to include liquid cultures, washing blots and other shaking applications requiring strict temperature control. The Labnet 311DS Environmental Shaking Incubator provides its users with outstanding uniformity and accuracy, gasket door with large viewing area, a wide selection of accessories, broad temperature range, adjustable shelves and heat stress protection.

The temperature within the Labnet 311DS Environmental Shaking Incubator is precisely regulated by the SmartChek™ temperature control system for added experimental accuracy as well as safety. All electronics are located away from the chamber to protect them from heat-related stress. The sturdy, integral shaker has a 19 mm orbit and the flat platform with non-slip rubber mat, as well as a variety of flask platforms, are available to purchase separately. Platforms for this unit can hold as many as four 2 L flasks and six 1 L flasks. The gasket lined door of the Labnet 311DS Environmental Shaking Incubator has a large, integral viewing area for checking samples without opening the door or disturbing the chamber contents. Opening the door stops operation of the shaker for user and sample safety and the incubator unit is supplied with one shelf. However additional shelves and shaker platforms are available separately. The 311DS Shaking Incubator is ideal as a bacterial incubator and shaker as well as for yeast cultures, entomology studies, egg hatching, hybridization washes, mixing and re-suspension.
