The Eppendorf FA-10x50 ID rotor is a high-speed fixed-angle rotor that combines large capacity with strong centrifugal force. With 10 bores and a capacity of up to 50 mL per position, it reaches a maximum RCF of 15,000 × g. The rotor accommodates a wide range of tube formats including 5-50 mL conical tubes, 2.6-30 mL round-bottom tubes, and 9 mL tubes, with dedicated adapters available for each configuration.

Built-in RFID identification enables automatic rotor detection, speed limiting to the rotor's rated maximum, and cycle counting to help track service life. The aerosol-tight design paired with the Eppendorf QuickLock Pro lid lock provides reliable containment during centrifugation, making the rotor suitable for work with biological samples.

The rotor body is rated for up to 70,000 cycles and the QuickLock Pro lid for 27,000 cycles. Both the rotor body and lid are autoclavable at 121 °C, supporting standard laboratory decontamination workflows.
