This EDP3 single-channel electronic pipette from Rainin is a motorized, microprocessor-controlled electronic pipette designed to eliminate pipetting inconsistencies and virtually all manual pipetting forces. Operation is managed through a four-key pad and LCD display, with dual-action triggers that can be used interchangeably for aspiration and dispensing - users simply squeeze whichever trigger is most comfortable. With a volume range of 10-100 µL, the volume is set digitally using arrow keys with intelligent scrolling that pauses at 75%, 50% and 25% of nominal volume for quick navigation.

Three operating modes address a wide range of laboratory workflows. A 10-level adjustable speed setting is available in all modes, allowing users to optimize piston speed for aqueous, viscous, foaming or shear-sensitive samples. The impact-resistant body features a finger hook for secure grip, and the shaft and tip ejector arm are fully autoclavable at 121 °C. A quick-release mechanism allows tool-free removal of the tip ejector for disassembly and cleaning.
