SSI Bio Screw Cap Micro Tubes, which available in conical and free-standing designs, when seeking secure, short-term sample storage in low temperatures. Their robust design and material selection are well suited for work with biologics and offer rich features, including ultra-clear, externally threaded tubes and UV protective amber tubes. Options include: with or without a self-standing skirted bottom, with or without tethered straps, non-knurl and knurled tubes for single-hand operation, choice of multicolored caps and volume sizes of 1.5mL and 2.0mL sizes. Screw Cap Micro Tube Caps offer a durable design incorporating an O-ring that helps prevent leaks under demanding conditions.

All products are manufactured in our 121,000 ft2 (11,200 m2 ) facility, which includes over 39,000 ft2 (3,800 m2 ) of dedicated clean, climate-controlled industrial space. Tubes are routinely tested to over 20,000 x g providing a safe and strong environment for your precious samples. The specially formulated, medical grade, raw material gives glass-like clarity making visualizing tube contents easy. Non-sterile tubes and caps are certified free from DNase, RNase, DNA and detectable PCR inhibitors. In addition, sterile configurations are certified free from pyrogens. Screw tubes can also be sterilized by autoclave.
