The Orbi-Blotter™ orbital shaker features a gentle orbital motion with speed control down to as little as 3 rpm, making it the ideal orbital shaker choice for low speed applications, such as blotting, washing, and staining/destaining. The large 14x12 in. work surface of the Orbi-Blotter orbital shaker is included along with a non-slip rubber mat for holding trays, dishes, plates and other flat vessels. This orbital shaker provides gentle orbital motion for sensitive gels and blots.
An optional stacking platform can be purchased as an accessory for Benchmark’s Orbi-Blotter orbital shaker, effectively doubling the usable work surface. The maintenance free Orbi-Blotter orbital shaker, houses a brushless motor that is capable of loads up to 2kg and is safe for use in cold rooms and incubators. Benchmark’s Orbi-Blotter orbital shaker can shake at speeds ranging from 3 rpm to 70 rpm. The simple to use analog control knob on the Orbi-Blotter orbital shaker allows you to select your desired speed for optimum performance. Orbi-Blotter is compatible with MAGic Clamp platform and accessories, giving you the flexibility to mix flasks or beakers without the need for disassembly or assembly.
