Eppendorf - Pipettes - ES-2.5R (Certified Refurbished)
Eppendorf Research Plus Manual Single-channel pipette, 0.1-2.5 uL, Universal tips compatible (Certified Refurbished)
Product Description:
This Eppendorf Research Plus single channel, variable volume air-displacement pipette has an ultralight, fully autoclavable design. With the Eppendorf PhysioCare Concept, the Research Plus is engineered to minimize hand and arm strain during prolonged pipetting by featuring some of the lowest operating forces, tip attachment forces and tip ejection forces in Eppendorf's pipette portfolio, with ejection force as low as 3.6 N. The spring-loaded tip cone absorbs insertion pressure during tip attachment, providing a secure air-tight seal with minimal user effort while also improving reproducibility between operators.
With a volume range of 0.1-2.5 uL, volume is set via an adjustment wheel that requires only a few turns to travel from maximum to minimum, and the four-digit display with magnifying shape makes readings quick and accurate from any angle. A built-in secondary adjustment feature allows the pipette to be temporarily optimized for non-aqueous liquids, high-altitude conditions or use with elongated tips with a simple return to factory settings afterward and no full recalibration required.
Uses the Eppendorf PerfectPiston system built from Fortron PPS, a high-performance polymer that is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents, heat and abrasion. A quick-connection clip allows the lower part to be removed in two steps for easy cleaning and maintenance, and the entire pipette can be autoclaved without disassembly.
