Unlike self sealing aerosol tips ZAP™ tips can be autoclaved in a steam autoclave. And they will not wick fluids like cellulose filled aerosol resistent tips so you don't have to worry about how you hold your pipettor. Our ZAP™ tips in sterile racks, like all our other products, have received valid sterilization processing compliant with ISO 11137. So unlike pre-sterilized or irradiated pipet tips Labcon ZAP™ Aerosol Tips are sterile and are not limited to Research Use Only.

ZAP™ Aerosol filter Pipet Tips provide you with complete protection from sample carry-over. Incorporating a robotically inserted 10 μm filter with a sponge-like porous pathway. ZAP™ tips have such a small pore they even block fluids in the unlikely event that you should over pipet. ZAP™ Aerosol Filter Pipet Tips have been proven in independent studies to block aerosol contamination but unlike some leading brands of self sealing aerosol resistent pipet tips they have no cellulose gum , toluene solvent, or colored dyes in the filter to mix with and contaminate your sample.

These tips fit the Lite Touch™ pipettors from Rainin®. They are made of clear pretested polypropylene resin and lot certified pure and free of human DNA, DNase, RNase, Endotoxins and Trace Metals. Tips for LTS pipettors are made from special flexible resins. For easiest ejection apply less than 12 kg of force when mounting. Do not force tips onto the pipettor barrel with excessive force.

FlexTop™ tip are made of clear 100% virgin polypropylene. Like all Labcon tips these tips are autoclavable along with their racks. Our FlexTop™ tips in racks are packed in our trademark Teal racks. These racks are made of polypropylene and are autoclavable repeatedly. They have sturdy latch hinges that won't come apart like lesser quality tip racks and a special snap lock designed so that it will not catch on your gloves. You can also get FlexTop™ tips in resealable zip style bags, in refills for our Pagoda® system, in Eclipse® style refills, and in racks that have been sterilized using irradiation.
