LabTech H Series 50/ 150 Smart Recirculating Water Chillers
LabTech H Series Recirculating Water Chillers were designed to tackle the most difficult obstacles associated with water cooling in laboratory applications. The H Series are designed for use in a variety of industries and applications including chemistry, physics, material, semiconductor, laser, mechanical, and several others requiring cooling. LabTech state-of-the-art water chillers can ensure accurate and constant cooling conditions, which are necessary for precision use in the lab. Often labs struggle to consistently supply constant and effective cooling due to inadequate infrastructure, but LabTech H Series 50/150 Smart Recirculating Water Chillers are designed to provide for these labs.
Proportional, Integrative, and Differential Control
LabTech applied Proportional, Integrative, and Differential Temperature Control techniques into their H Series Recirculating Water Chillers. The PID control technique allows the units to exercise more temperature control, which in turn means that there is less waste. Furthermore, consistently maintaining the temperature means that less energy is wasted and the machine experiences less wear and tear leading to longer compressor lifetime.
Proactive Recycling and Compression
H Series Recirculating Water Chillers employ Hot Gas Bypass Technology that routes the hot, uncondensed refrigerant through a reservoir coil. This technology allows the compressor to eliminate the on/off cycling typical in water chillers and instead maintain a more consistent temperature. Furthermore, by not having to cycle as often to maintain the temperature, LabTech has made the H Series more energy efficient.
