All Nest Cryogenic vials are made from USP grade VI Polypropylene with clear graduations and a marking area for easy sample identification. They are manufactured in a clean room and sterilized by E-Beam to be non-pyrogenic, DNase/RNase free and human DNA free. These NEST Cryogenic Vials are autoclavable at 121°C /15 Ib.
