Each device features 6 or 8 adjustable nozzles that can be evenly spaced to fit tubes, or differently spaced multi-well plates. Each Rainin Pipet-Lite XLS Adjustable Spacer Multichannel Pipette is equipped with a continuously variable spacing mechanism so that users can quickly adjust channel spacing. Transferring liquids between differently spaced containers doesn’t have to be tedious and variable. With the adjustable spacing, users can quickly and easily transfer liquids between tubes of varying sizes or 24, 48, or 96-well plates.
While other devices require that users repeat aspirating/dispensing dozens of times just to transfer liquids into variable containers, Rainin Pipet-Lite XLS Adjustable Spacer Multichannel Pipettes make it easy to maintain accuracy and precision despite the variability in containers. 6-channel devices can be adjusted between 9 and 19 mm or 8-channel devices can be adjusted between 9 and 14 mm. Adjustment is easily and consistently performed with the spacing knob. Markings on each Rainin Pipet-Lite XLS Adjustable Spacer Multichannel Pipette are located along the nozzles and the knob to allow users to keep track of their spacing settings for future usage.
