ST-45 and ST-180 Series CO2 Incubators by Benchmark Scientific
Pipette.com is excited to offer the newly designed and improved ST45 and ST180 Series CO2 incubators from Benchmark Scientific for your incubating needs. This incubator with its proprietary heat distribution technology provides the maximum level of temperature accuracy minimizing fluctuation (within 0.1°C).
This capability ensures culture integrity and minimizes sample loss. Constant temperature is essential for proper culturing of cell, bacteria or yeast. The unique six side heating system and low speed internal fan spread air evenly throughout the incubator to ensure all cultures are at optimal temperature. These CO2 incubators provide a temperature range of Ambient +5 to 60°C.
The ST-45 and ST-180 Series CO2 incubators chamber walls are built with high quality stainless-steel to block out any external factors that may be detrimental to your cultures. The sturdy build protects your sample from temperature changes and contaminants. In addition, all models are equipped with an internal alarm to alert the user if the CO2 percentage changes, or the temperature changes by more than 1°C from the set point. The unique “quick-cal” calibration button allows the user to quickly adjust the chamber temperature to match that of a properly calibrated external thermometer. ST45 and ST180 Series CO2 incubators are fitted with dual beam infrared CO2 sensors to ensure optimum CO2 levels. The ST45 is available in 45L and the ST180L chamber sizes. These CO2 incubators also save the user space as they are stackable with other incubators. Also, the adjustable shelf height gives the user flexibility in incubating their samples.
The ST45 and ST180 series incubators also come in PLUS models which include advanced programming for high heat decontamination (at 125°C). Also, they are equipped with a unique split inner glass door. The split inner door enables access to the chamber without exposing your cultures fully to the external environment. They also have a programmable humidity percentage feature, to ensure proper humidity for your cultures. The ST45 and ST180 Incubator PLUS humidity percentage is controlled by a digital interface for a user-friendly experience.
