NEST PCR Sealing Film and Mats

Common NEST PCR Sealing Film and Mats are suitable for use at temperatures between -20°C—110°C. They are a non-permeable film with medical grade glue, compatible with most PCR plates and provide good sealing performance. Advanced NEST PCR Sealing Film and Mats are suitable for use at temperatures between -70°C—100°C. They are non-tacky to the touch of skin and gloves and have minimal to no auto-fluorescence. Silicon sealing mats are made from high-grade silicon, can be punctured if needed, are certified DNase/RNase and pyrogen free and are available in 24 well, 48 well and 96 well formats.
