OHAUS VX Series Floor Scales is an economical floor scales for basic washdown industrial applications. The OHAUS VX Series Floor Scales is designed to minimize distortion under heavy loads and ensure years of dependable operational performance. Complete with a durable T32XW washdown indicator, the OHAUS VX Series Floor Scales displays results in lb. or kg depending on the users preferences, includes a counting mode, geographical gravity correction for quick adjustment to local conditions, and is NTEP certified (2500L and 5000L models only).
The OHAUS VX Series Floor Scales is ruggedly constructed and includes an epoxy painted steel frame, a NEMA 4X/IP65 stainless steel indicator, NEMA 4X/IP67 sealed plastic junction box and IP67 sealed load cells. The unit can be powered via a power cord connected to a mains power supply, but it also includes an internal rechargeable battery which keeps the OHAUS VX Series Floor Scales running without a direct connection to the mains power source and allows for placement of the platform in any location, even away from power outlets. The backlit LCD projects large 1" digits which provides the user with quick and easy readability, and the 3 color checkweighing LEDs improve speedy recognition of results.
The OHAUS VX Series Floor Scales' weighing and counting modes produce results in five weighing units, and the included RS232 connector provides the ability to connect the scales to a printer or PC for easy data reporting purposes. This scales is also designed to feature a 125% overload protection, for user peace of mind.
