Radwag APM High CapacityPrecision Balances are the professional and advanced scales designed to enable laboratories to work more efficiently and effectively by reducing the error and difficulty of working with a precision balance. Various systems are integrated into each scale to ensure that readings are not affected by ambient conditions. Furthermore, this line of scales was developed to have a very high repeatability and automatically adjust to guarantee high accuracy and reliable measurements. The interface is constructed to be intuitive and accessible, making it easy to reach different functions or read measurements as necessary. Internal memory further allows users to quickly save data without external interfaces, but also has various capabilities for extended devices.
Radwag MonoBLOCK – Innovation for Repeatability
The APM High Capacity Precision Balances feature the innovative MonoBLOCK system which is cutting edge technology focused on resisting changes in measuring conditions. This system enables these scales to perform with high accuracy, offering a standard deviation within one deviation. This technology allows users to read up to 15kg with a readability of 0.01g or up to 50kg with a readability of 0.1g. Even at the high end of the weight range, these units continue to be highly accurate and measurements offer excellent repeatability.
Automated Adjustment and Safety – Inherent Protection
The Radwag APM High Capacity Precision Balances Series includes a variety of internal sensors that are prepared to protect the equipment and adjust internal specifications to maintain the repeatability. The most prominent automated system is an internal adjustment system that adapts according to ambient changes or other changes that might affect measurement. It automatically adjusts so that readings can be accurately repeated. Each scale also has a 4-point protection system that prevents overloading, in case a too heavy load is applied to the weighing pan. Furthermore, the advanced ABS thermoplastic polymer housing and stainless-steel weighing pan also protect the weighing sensor against water, dust, or damage. The robust design and internal protection means that these machines can function even in otherwise challenging environments.
Intuitive Operation, Simple Customization, and Adherence to Standards – Easy to Own
Radwag APM High Capacity Precision Balances are available in two types of models:
4Y models are equipped with a 5.7” color touch screen that enables convenient navigation and easy-to-understand operation. The touch capability makes navigation and selection much faster and easier with the added convenience of a simpler interface.
C32 models have a 5” color screen with clearly labeled navigation and functions. The numerous applications and functions are easy to find and select. Screen layout can be customized.
All models include touch-free operation via two programmable proximity sensors. These sensors can be configured to any function or application. The configured function or application will then run and operate via touch-free operation.
The terminals, on both styles of models, can have their settings adjusted to each users individual requirements, if being used by multiple operators. Access can be limited so that data is safely stored and unauthorized users cannot modify programs or functions. The APM Precision Balances Series is the pioneer line of balances to adhere to CFR21 requirements in firmware.
