The Heathrow Scientific RF1000 Pipette Filler is uniquely designed to provide extra operability without the extra cost of electronics. The Rota Filler 1000 (Heathrow Scientific RF1000 Pipette Filler) features a special structure that allows for one-handed operation. This structure includes button-controlled aspiration and dispensing despite the bulb mechanism that actually operates the liquid handling. The silicone pipette adapter was chosen to allow for maximum compatibility so that the Heathrow Scientific RF1000 Pipette Filler can easily fit into a lab without needing to change suppleis. Pieces can be replaced and filters can be interchangeably replaced.
Lightweight and Easy-to-Use
Often users struggle to use a bulb operated pipette filler because aspiration and dispensing are controlled via the rubber bulb. The Heathrow Scientific RF1000 Pipette Filler has a special design that allows users to work around the rubber bulb issue while still being able to work through experiments with only one hand.
Once the main bulb on the Heathrow Scientific RF1000 Pipette Filler is squeezed, users can simply aspirate or dispense by toggling forwards or backwards, respectively. The main bulb does not have to be used to directly aspirate or dispense, it only needs to be pressed once and then it will maintain the pressure difference until aspiration and dispensing are completed. The Heathrow Scientific RF1000 Pipette Filler also includes a blowout bulb located on the handle can be used to expel any remaining liquid in the pipette. This process makes operation much easier, closer to a motor operated pipette controller, and much more ergonomic to avoid stress injuries in the user’s hands.

Easy Maintenance, Easy Compatibility
The Heathrow Scientific RF1000 Pipette Filler has a polypropylene nozzle. This nozzle features a tapered silicone pipette adapter that can very securely keep a pipette in place. The secure grip on the Heathrow Scientific RF1000 Pipette Filler allows for a wide range of compatibility with pipettes from various manufacturers. The adapter and the filters are both replaceable meaning that the Heathrow Scientific RF1000 Pipette filler is easy to maintain and can easily fit in to almost any lab space. Filters are PTFE with a 25 mm diameter featuring a 0.45 μm filter in PP housing.
Each Heathrow Scientific Rota Filler 1000 comes with three nose cones – blue, green, and white.
